Getting started with AI Meal Planner
From your first craving to a recipe, plan, or shopping list — a quick guide to using AI Meals.
Today I’m craving… is your starting point. Describe any dish, ingredient, or meal idea and the app gives you a recipe, a week plan, or a shopping list — depending on what you choose.
Start in three taps
Tap Tell us what you’re craving, type your idea, then tap Generate. In recipe mode you get a full recipe and shopping list together. In week plan mode the app builds a multi-day plan you can fill in meal by meal.
Recipe or week plan
Use the mode toggle to switch between a single Recipe and a multi-day Week Plan. Short tips appear as you explore each screen — tap Next, Got it, or Skip whenever you like.
Shop from your list
Ingredients are grouped automatically from your recipes. Check off items as you shop, hide what you already have at home, swap variants, and reset anytime.
Your library on Home
On Home, filter All, Recipes, or Plans to find what you need. Tap any item to open its recipe, shopping list, or plan progress.
