Lay out your whole week in one go, then fill each day with meals you can actually cook.
Set up your plan
Switch to Week Plan mode on the prompt screen. Choose how many days to include (3, 5, or 7), how many meals per day, and when the plan should start — today, tomorrow, or a custom date.
A recipe and list for every meal
Each day shows meal slots from breakfast through dinner. Tap any slot to generate a full recipe and its own shopping list, or open one you already created.
Track your progress
Move through the plan day by day. Open recipes when you are ready to cook and check off items on each shopping list as you shop.
